Acid Cannon

The Bio-Slime Acid Cannon is a weapon seen in Slug-Man Story 1.

Function in Story 1[]

It is used by Doctor Cobra on Pete Porkins - or, rather, supposed to have been used on Pete, as Cobra had to leave to catch a plane to be taken to Iraz, and meet Bill and the Mysterious Shadowy Figure to test the Bio-Slime Monster.

During Cobra's absence, the cannon's beam was diverted by a breadcrumb from the loaf earlier seen in the episode, and Pete was mutated by both the bio-slime and presence of slugs in the lab, allowing him to turn into Slug-Man.

No!

After Pete's escape, Cobra managed to discern from the slime markings on the floor near the machine that Pete had not been killed by the cannon, and had escaped.

Bio-Slime 2.0[]

Bio-Slime 2.0, as opposed to the friendly domestic bio-slime seen in the first episode, is described by Cobra as slightly user-unfriendly, as it's highly acidic and will melt anything in its path.

The intention was that it would kill Porkins in a horrifically painful manner, but the breadcrumb diversion caused the bio-slime to bond with Pete's body, allowing him to heal injuries in slug form. It also absorbed the presence of the slugs in the laboratory, and granted Pete his Slug-Man form.
