The Slotham Gangster Army is a faction first mentioned in the Chaos Master story. They are a seemingly large mafia operating out of Slotham City that performs a variety of nefarious deeds, from assassinations to vandalism.
Filbur Laxley, a member of the SGA, with some others in the Shattered Pint.
They also have branches in New Trashton and frequently get into scraps with the Cult of Wom (who have survived purely out of weirdness) over the Slotham Abandoned Subway System, which is prime sinister-group-meeting-territory.
They are not affiliated with the SGA (Shady Government Agency) and it is unknown whether they have a gang insignia or not. It is likely that they have some kind of symbol or brand that each member has, such as the Inexplicablum's forehead tattoos, but less obvious and facial.

Filbur Laxley is a member, and seems to specialise in having people killed. He is seen with a group of dark-suited and tall-hatted people, who seem to be wearing the gang's 'uniform'. Laxley is shown to be very confident of the gang's power and influence,

Junior Division[]
The SGA Junior Division is an amateur branch of the Slotham Gangster Army, mostly for delinquents with little better to do. It was known that Johnny Cobra was the former president of the division before he deemed it 'too lame' and went onto better things (such as musicals, graffiti art and inadequacy), and it is unknown who took over once he stepped down.
