Plasma Plaza is a public area in the Scibiol district of Pandimensional City, and is the location of the City's most powerful, longest-range public dimensional portal. It sits in the shadow of the Office of First Contact and is near to the High Quing's palace.

The Plaza is used mainly for the Portal Opening ceremonies annually (Every 831 quantum-days) during which 20 specially chosen Pandimensional Beings are sent through to an unknown, undiscovered location to explore and catalogue their findings. During one ceremony someone hacked into the portal using portal realigners and caused a deperdourus to wander through, with devastating effects. The portal then switched destination again, to planet Yunokupyed, and the do-gooders responsible for gaining control over the monster were exiled by the Quing.
